If you are doing your holiday shopping, you should be aware of a warning released by the FBI about a dangerous toy out in stores this holiday season. http://www.kirotv.com/download/2010/1203/26002868.pdf. The same has been seen in recent warrants by prosecutors.

The doll looks like a regular Barbie but with one distinct difference, it comes conveniently equipped with a video camera built into her chest. The FBI is concerned that this toy will be used to sexually exploit children.

The doll has the ability to capture 30 minutes of video footage which can be downloaded onto a computer. The user can also stream video live onto a computer.

In Washington, the sexual exploitation of children is governed by RCW 9.68a . These laws have been amended recently HB 2424 – 2009-10.
