Green Lake Park serves as a natural preserve for waterfowl and many species of birds.

Discovery Park

Discovery Park of Seattle is the largest public park in the city of Seattle. It is a massive 534 acres with nearly 12 miles of trails. The park is undergoing a development program that is long-term and meticulously planned. The playground areas are currently being expanded. The overall master plan for this park is to be one of the greatest urban parks in the world.

Kerry Park

Kerry Park is a small park in the city of Seattle. It does not have a lot of features the larger parks do. But Kerry Park has something the other parks cannot compare with in the area. Kerry Park has a sensational view ofthe city of Seattle. The skyline of Seattle is picture perfect from this location. What a great place to spend quiet time with someone you love.

Seward Park Audubon Center

This park is a natural paradise. The focus of the park is to preserve the wonderful area and learn about the unique and delicate eco system. You will enjoy nature walks, lush forests, and local wildlife that live there. This is a habitat for many species of beautiful birds. The park has many exhibits and planned events and activities for children of all ages.

Klondike Gold Rush National Park

A unique thing about this particular park is that it is not a park at all. In fact, it is a free museum which is open to the public. The facility covers the history of Seattle from the fire that burned it down to the gold rush that was instrumental in rebuilding it.
